HOT Savory Fish Pepper Soup............
Fresh skined cat fish
Crushed chili pepper
To keep your sauce red, fresh and looking good, do no blend or grind your ingredients, keep everything fresh and don't overcook and ease off exesive heat to avoid over clowding...............
sweat cut or diced onion, tomato and garlic in 4-6 tbs olive oil
add tomato sauce
cook for 3-5 mins (low-med heat)
add crushed chili pepper, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, onion and garlic powder
Add 4 cups of water or stock (depending on quantity)
Cook for 8-10 mins (cook off heat from pepper)
Add seasoned fish
Cook for 8-10 mins
Add mint and serve..............
Enjoy with sweet Riesling Wine
