Turkey Necks In Hot Lemon Grass Curry Sauce...
Red and Orange sweet pepper
Prep and season Turkey Necks
Sweat onions and tomato in olive oil (don't cook)
Add Italian seasoning, curry or Tumeric, Paprika, salt and black pepper
Add Turkey Necks
Add water or stock
Cook in Oven for 30-45mins @ 400-450 dgrs or till reduced (half of original liquid)
Remove from oven, adjust seasoning and add cut peppers and cucumber.
Cover and let rest for 5-10 mins....
Serve and enjoy with a glass of chardonay..........
