What is the point of the pictures without the recipes? Is this a food blog or a picture blog?

Thanks guys....

Renee, you'll need peeled and ground beans to start with.
Beef stock
Palm oil
Pepper (Just a little)
.......

Heat up palm oil in a pot

Add your beef stock

Add grind or crushed pepper ( Just a little to spice it up)

Adjust seasoning with salt and or Maggi.

Add beans and cook down till very mushy.

When done and mushy, beat with egg beater to break up the beans or blend in a blender to achieve creamy/smooth consistency...

Cheers..

Eniola, thanks for stopping by. Feel free to request any recipe and I'll be very glad to honor your request.

Shubby, thanks. I acknowledge your request on FB.

Thanks Anon, youtube Chanel sounds good and I've toyed the with the idea several times, but time is not a good friend of mine these days. It's def' one of the things to do.

@ Anon. I closed it about 6 months ago to focus on other things. I'm looking forward to another opportunity as time and situation permits.
