Ila Alasepo with all the trimmings...





Ila Alasepo.

Ingredients-
12 pieces fresh Okra (Hand Cut)
 1/2lb Dried Fish (Little pieces)
1lb Cuts of Beef (Boiled and lightly fried little pieces)
Cow feet (De-boned)
1/4 cup Dried Shrimp
1-2 pieces of  stock fish
1/2ib Tripe
Salt (Maggi if you prefer)
Crushed Ref Pepper.
 2 cups of beef stock or water

Feel free to add what ever you want from tripe to cow feet and palm oil.

Method-

Add Okra and Red pepper to 2 cups of stock or water in a 3 quart + pot
Add the rest of your ingredients
Adjust seasoning and thickness as desired and let cook for 5-10 minutes or till done.

Enjoy with Eba, Amala, Fufu or Lafun.

Note:
Do not over cook
Do not add tomato paste or sauce.
