Grilled Halibut On Fruit Salsa And Spicy Chipotle Sauce








Halibut fish (Grillable cut)
Salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Method-

Heat up your grill (425 dgrs)
Season fish with salt and black pepper
Slightly brush fish with olive oil and gently place on grill
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side

Sauce-

1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup stock or water

Method-

Heat up butter in a skillet and add flour, chopped onion and garlic
Cook for 1-2 minutes at medium heat
Add chipotle powder
Add water or stock
Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper
Cook till done or slightly thickened


Fruit salsa-

Mix diced strawberry, peach, mango and cherry
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper (Optional)
Mix together in a bowl and serve with grilled fish.
