Ingredients-
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 flour
1/4 cup sweet peas
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 table spoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil
1/2 cup water or vegetable stock
Tools needed-
Food mold
Griddle or frying pan
Spatula
Method-
Heat up griddle or frying pan
Combine and mix Ingredients in a mixing bowl
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
Place food mold on the hot griddle or frying pan (Medium heat)
Scoop 1 or 2 tablespoon of the mixed ingredients into the food mold
Let cook for 4-5 minutes
Use a tinny kitchen or butter knife to release edges of the fritters from the food mold
Flip over fritters after releasing
Let cook for 3-4 minutes
Remove and let rest before serving
Serve with salsa or honey mustard sauce.
