Creamy custard with grilled fruits and honey.



4 cups whole milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Blend warm milk, egg yolk and granulated sugar together using a hand held mixer or a table top mixer at very low speed

Add lemon zest and vanilla extract

portion out mixed content in cups or molds greased with unsalted butter

Fill up with the cups or molds with custard and place in pan filled with one inch water in a heated oven

Let bake till set or firm

Remove and let rest before serving
