Beef Noodle Soup




1/2 lb Grilled steak (Sliced)
1 soft boiled egg
1/4 rice noodle (Boiled)
1 fresh tomato
1/2 cup mushroom
1/4 cup sliced celery
1 tbs chopped green onion
2 cups of hot beef stock or broth
1/4 sliced radish
1 tbs chopped parsley
1/2 tbs chopped ginger


Place boiled noodle in a thick soup boil
Add the rest of the ingredients except boiled eggs and grilled steak
Add hot beef stock or broth
Adjust seasoning
Placed sliced beef steak and boiled eggs on top of noodle soup
Serve hot.
