Grilled Red Fish. Many thanks to Carrie for catching the fish.



1 whole cleaned fish of your choice

Cajun seasoning
Salt and black pepper
3 tbs Olive oil


Make small incisions both sides of fish
Season fish with salt and black pepper
Drizzle small olive oil on fish
Place on a rack and grill in a heated oven at 355 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Baste with olive oil if needed



Grilled potato


Cut potatoes to desired sizes
Season with salt
Baste with a little olive oil and bake in a heated oven till done


Grilled Vegetable


Green squash
Yellow squash
Tomatoes
Onion
salt and black pepper

Season vegetables with salt and black pepper and grill in a greased skillet on both sides.
