Pepper Grilled Salmon




Ingredients-


1 Dressed salmon
1tsp crushed pepper
1tsp chopped parsley
1tbs Olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method-


Pat dry Salmon

Season salmon with salt and black pepper

Sprinkle crushed chili pepper and chopped parsley on salmon

Lay salmon on a heated and greased grill (Flesh side first)

Let grill and crust for 3-5 minutes @ medium heat depending of the size and thickness of salmon.

Flip over and grill for 2-3 minutes


Rice salad.


Measure according to preference
Cooked white rice
Diced carrot
Dice or red onion
Diced or chopped celery
Diced kiwi

Combine in a bowl and serve with salmon.
