Baked Snapper






Cleaned large red snapper

Olive oil
Sliced red and green jalapeno pepper
Whole Anaheim peppers
Sliced Onions
Chopped Garlic
Sliced lemon
Sea salt
Black pepper
Cajun seasoning

Place fish in a baking dish
Season fish with sea salt, black pepper and Cajun seasoning
Add vegetables and peppers
Drizzle olive oil on fish
Gently cover with with aluminum foil and back in a heated oven @ 400 degrees
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let rest before serving.
