Fried rice with smoked fish and shrimp.




Ingridients-


1 lb Parboil rice

1 cup mixed chopped celery, onions, garlic, diced reg and green pepper.

1 tps Italian seasoning

3 tbs olive oil

1 tsp butter

Salt and black pepper

Method-


Heat up olive oil and butter in a pot @ medium heat

Add rice and fry for 3-4 minutes

Add 3 cups of water or stock and seasonings

Add dried fish and shrimp

Let cook at low heat till rice is soft and tender

Feel free to to bake in a heated oven @ 365 degrees till done.


Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
