Grilled Salmon and Bok Choy



Ingredients-

Filet of Salmon
Soy sauce
Herbes de Provence or Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper
Bok choy

Description-

Gently brush salmon with light soy sauce, salt and black pepper
Sprinkle on a little Herbes de Provence or Italian seasoning
Place in a refrigerator for 45 minutes
Remove from refrigerator and grill on a heated grill for 5 minutes on each side


Bok Choy

Season Bok Choy with salt and grill on both sides.

Serve with grilled salmon and sliced lemon.
