Efo Riro....
Ingredients-
1 cup tomato sauce
2-3 bunch of spinach or choice of leafy greens. (Cleaned and prepped)
2 lbs fried turkey wings (Feel free to substitute)
2 tbs chopped onions
3 tbs diced or sliced tomato
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped habanero
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Mexican Oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbs Olive Oil
2 tbs Palm Oil
Salt and to taste
2 Maggi cubes (Optional)
Feel free to adjust or improvise as desired..
Description-
Heat olive oil and palm oil in a skillet or pot @ medium heat
Add and gently fry chopped ingredients in a pot or skillet
Add tomato sauce, spices, seasonings and cook for 2 minutes
Add fried turkey and leafy greens
Turn up heat and stair around till there’s little or no lose sauce..
To preserve color, texture and nutrients, don't pre boil your greens..
To avoid over cooking while trying to get rid of excess liquid, just don't add any liquid because your greens is full of water.
