@ dat one okrika girl...xyz, sorry for the slow response, I like this dish a lot, it's full of aromatic flavor and delicate spices...here's your recipe... shrimpdeep fried brisketcilantrocuminoreganopoblano pepper "red, green and yellow"serano peppergingergarlicgarlic powderonion onion powdersaltwhite pepperclovesCut, lightly boil and fry your brisket.Lithely boil your shrimp and save juice.Cut/dice your peppers, onion, ginger, peppers and spices.Pure your shrimp juice in a pot and add 3 tbs of olive oil.Add cloves (2)Add garlic, onionsAdd fried brisketAdjust seasoning and let simmer for 15-20 mins.........Let rest for about 5 mins before serving.Plate and eat as desired.Enjoy.........
