Spaghetti with herb chicken meat ball and sauce

This is another easy recipe...

Fresh ground chicken



Black pepper

Italian seasoning or fresh/dry basil

onion powder

Blend/mix ingredients together

scoop directly into your sauce or steam separately.

Spaghetti sauce

Blend fresh tomato, 1-2 cloves of garlic, fresh basil and 1 can of tomato sauce in a blender.

Cook blended ingredients in 6 table spoon of olive oil (low heat}

let simmer for 5-8 mins.

add half a cup of water or stock

cook for 5 mins

add meat balls

add salt, black pepper and onion powder

simmer till slightly thicken.

Boil and add your spaghetti

cook for 2 mins letting the sauce coat the spaghetti evenly.

enjoy with chardonnay or sauvignon blanc (if you drink)
