Fiesta Shrimp Spaghetti.

Fiesta Shrimp Spaghetti is a very flavorful and color summer dish.

Average cooking time is 30-45 minutes.


1lb Fresh shrimp (Deveined, cleaned and seasoned)
1/2 lb Spaghetti (Boiled in salted water)
1/2 cup of diced green, yellow and red bell pepper
1tbs chopped Garlic
1/2 Chopped onion
Sliced sun dried tomato
Chopped fresh basil (2 leaves)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1tsp butter
4 tbs Olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper

Season shrimp with salt, black pepper and lightly grill in a skillet.
(Set aside)

Combine and saute cut bell peppers, chopped onion, chopped garlic and
sun dried tomato  in a clean skillet with 2 tbs Olive Oil at medium

Add boiled spaghetti and toss gently

Add Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper and toss gently again

Add grilled shrimp and chopped fresh basil

Add butter

Adjust seasoning and give it a final toss.

Enjoy with a glass of any white wine.
