King Crab Macaroni and Four Cheese.


Four 2

1lbs King crab leg (meat)
1/2 Macaroni (Boiled in salted water)
1/2 tbs Chopped green onion
1 tbs chopped brown or white onion
1 Chopped basil
1/2 Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Black pepper
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
2 tbs diced cheddar cheese
2 tbs Monterey Jack Cheese
2 tbs Colby cheese
2 tbs Flour
2 tbs Butter
1 cup milk


Heat up butter in a skillet at low to medium heat
Add chopped onion and cook for 20-30 seconds
Add flour, stir around and avoid burning
Cook for 2-3 minutes to get rid of the flour taste
Gently add milk and whisk together
Cook for another 2-3 minutes and add your cheese
Gently whisk together
Add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, chopped basil.
By now you should have a thickened sauce
Get a baking dish or any baking container of your choice
Combine your boiled macaroni, crab legs, more cheese, green onion and sauce in your baking dish.
Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake in a broiler or overhead grill to slightly brown and crisp the top for a good finish.

Enjoy with a fine glass of Chardonnay if you drink and if not, any cold and refreshing beverage.
