Seafood Pasta...


1/2 lb Pane Pasta (boiled in salted water)
1/2 lb Fresh Large shrimp (Lightly boiled)
1/2 lb Fresh Mussels and Clams (pre steamed or boiled)
1/2 lb shredded melting cheese like Boursin, Brie, Camembert, Colby, Fontina, Havarti or Goudas.
3 fresh tomato
2 cloves of garlic
1 or 2 leaves of fresh basil or just improvise with 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
4 tbs olive oil
1tbs Butter
2 tbs chopped onions
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of water or stuck from the clam, shrimp or mussels
Oven proof plate or baking dish

(Blend tomato, chopped onions and garlic in a blender)

Heat up butter and olive oil in a large saute pan or pot
Add blended tomato, onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 mins at low - medium heat
Add clam, shrimp and mussels
Toss around and let cook for 1-2 mins
Add boiled pasta and gently toss
Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper
Toss and cook for 3-5 mins at low heat.

Plate desired portion and generously sprinkle shredded cheese on seafood pasta
Melt in the oven or under a got broiler till cheese is melted and nad or lightly grilled.

Serve hot and enjoy with a glass of chardonnay or sauvignon blanc if you drink.
