Chicken Teriyaki.


Whole Fresh chicken (Halved)

Teriyaki sauce.

Half cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 table spoon olive oil


Combine and mix ingredients. Set aside or refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Clean halved chicken and season with salt and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate

Pure teriyaki sauce mix in an oven safe skillet or frying pan
Place chicken in the middle of the skillet
Cover and cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 380dgrs
Reduce temp to 350dgrs
Remove the cover and start basting the chicken with the teriyaki sauce from inside the skillet.
Bast every 4 minutes till chicken is golden brown and done

Serve with white rice and your choice of vegetable.
