Crustless Snow Crab Quiche.


1 lbs cooked and separated snow crab. (Feel free to add any ingredient of your choice)

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt and black pepper or taste

1 tbs chopped onion

1 tbs chopped green Onion

1 tbs chopped cilantro

1/2 cup shredded cheese


Preheat oven to 430°F

Butter your dish and sprinkle all over with bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425°F with rack in middle

Butter quiche dish and sprinkle all over with cheese

Whisk together eggs, milk, onions, cilantro, snow crab salt and black pepper

Pour over cheese and bake for 10 - 15 min or til top is golden and custard is set in center

Cool slightly before cutting into wedges
