Shrimp Fettuccine.

1/2 lb Fettuccine pasta (boiled in salted water)
1 lb shrimp (Slightly boiled or grilled)
1/4 cup dice sun-dried tomato
...1 teaspoon copped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 table spoon butter
Slat to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 chopped basil leaf or 1teaspoon Italian seasoning
1tablespoon dice tomato
1 table dice cucumber

At medium heat
Heat up Olive oil and butter in a skillet
Add chopped onion, garlic sun dried tomato
Toss around for 1 min
Add boiled fettuccine
Add shrimp and continue tossing
Add dice Basil,and Italian seasoning, tomato and cucumber
Quickly remove from stove and add diced tomato and cucumber

Serve immediately and enjoy with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris
