Sweet Chili basted wild Cornish game hen on wild rice


Cornish hen
Black pepper
4 tbs Olive oil
Half cup sweet chili sauce
Brussels sprouts
Wild Basmanti veggie rice


Clean and prep your hen (I like them halfed)
Season with salt and black pepper
Mix and empty olive oil and chili sauce in a baking pan
Set your hen right on top of the sauce
Cover and bake in the oven @ 380-390 dgrs till cooked
Remove cover and baste hen all over with the chili and olive oil mixture 3 times at 2 mins intervals.

It should be looking nice glossy and yummy

Cut up you mushrooms and sprouts
Toss mushroom and sprouts in the remaining sweet chili and olive oil mixture at very low heat

Boil wild Basmanti veggie rice in salted water like regular white rice 1 tbs olive oil

Plate as desired
