1 lb honeycomb beef tripe (1 inch pieces) cleaned and Boiled
1/2 lb cow feet. Boiled till tender, deboned, cut into into little pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can hominy (Drained)
4-6 cups of water

Place all ingredients in a pot
Add water
Adjust seasoning and simmer for 15 minutes
Serve with red pepper flakes and wedges of lime
