Oat Fufu

Talking about oat fufu, the main and only ingredient Oatmeal.

Just pure some in a blender and blend till powdery.

Making oat fufu is very easy, it's just like making any other type fufu like garri and others.
The meat sauce is your regular meat stew cooked down

Okra could be blended or hand cut (I do prefer hand cut)and cook in a salted water for about 5 minutes. Add maggi if desired.

The only major element in this dish is the beef stew and I'll teach you the best and easiest way to come up with the best tasting beef stew.

Boiled and lightly fried pieces of beef

1-1 1/2 cups tomato sauce

1/4 cup onion

1/2 cup diced onion

2 teaspoon chopped garlic

4 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon of chopped habanero

1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder (Feel free to substitute with cayenne pepper)

One cup beef stock

Heat oil in a pot or skillet at medium heat

Add dice tomato, dice onion, onion powder, chipotle powder or Cayenne pepper and
chopped garlic and let cook for a minute or two

Add tomato sauce and let cook for another minute or two

Add beef pieces and stock

Add Italian seasoning and let cook at medium to simmer heat

Cook till sauce is lightly thickened

Adjust seasoning or ingredient as desired
