Lagos Herb Tomato cheese Baked Chicken.


Half Whole Chicken

2 teaspoon chopped garlic

Half Cup chopped onion

1 table spoon onion powder

1 tablespoon hot curry

1 table spoon chipotle powder

3 table spoon tomato sauce

3 table spoon Olive Oil


Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Peeled and cut 4 pieces of potatoes

Blend everything together in a blender and set aside (Except chicken and potato of course)


Clean chicken and set in an oven proof skillet

Pure blended ingredients in the skillet and rub blended ingredients on chicken

Set potatoes on the side of the chicken

Cover and let rest in a cool place for 45 minutes

Place in a 400 degrees hot oven and let cook for 45 minutes-1 hour

Check to see if chicken is done

If done, remove cover and let back for without cover for 15-20 minutes to form a
dark but not burnt crust on the chicken.

Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
