1-2 lb boneless beef(Brisket or Sirloin)
1/2 cup peanut) (Roasted and ground
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 Maggi cubes (Optional
Salt to taste
Olive Oil or Vegetable oil for basting


Cut meat down to desired sizes
Mix the ground peanut, ginger, pepper, cloves and Maggi in a bowl
Gently thread meat on skewers
Coat meat with spice mixture
Grill until meat is cooked on both sides
Baste meat with oil during grilling as needed
Serve with Suya spice and onions or your choice of salad.


Prep kidney by cutting out excess fat

Salt kidney and baste with olive or vegetable oil and grill till done
