1/2 lb large or ex/large shrimp (De-veined)
Cajun seasoning
Olive oil
Green olives
Sliced dried tomatoes

Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning
Frill on both sides in a oiled skillet @ medium heat for 1/2 minute on each side
Place shrimp and olive on a small kebab stick and enjoy with sliced sun dried tomato and green olives
