Place fish in a baking dish Season fish with sea salt, black pepper and Cajun seasoning Add vegetables and peppers Drizzle olive oil on fish Gently cover with with aluminum foil and back in a heated oven @ 400 degrees Bake for 30 minutes Remove from oven and let rest before serving.
