Stewed Chicken Gizzards.


1 lb boiled and tender gizzards
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed chili pepper
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 water
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste


Combine ingredients in a skillet except gizzards and cook at low - medium heat for 5 minutes
Add gizzards and toss around in sauce till gizzards are well coated.
Remove and let rest
Place gizzards on wooden skewers and bake in a heated oven for 5 minutes
Remove and serve warm
