Grilled beef and shrimp curry.



1 lb sliced beef
2 tbs curry powder
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup stock or water
1/2 cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tbs chopped green onions
2 tbs Olive or vegetable oil.
Salt and black pepper to taste.

Optional ingredients:

1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs raisins


Heat up oil in a skillet at medium heat.
Add sliced onions, chopped garlic and let cook for 1-2 minutes
Add curry powder, ginger powder, cayenne pepper, coconut milk and let cook for 2-3 minutes
Gently add shrimp and beef
Add stock or water and let simmer cook for 8-10 minutes
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Add optional ingredients to add depth and extra flavor if desired
