Curry Chicken.

Curry Chicken.
2 lbs skinless chicken
2 tbs curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbs chopped onion
1 tbs chopped green onion
Sliced whole tomato
1/2 cup diced celery
1 inch stalk lemon grass.
1/2 onion powder
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 tbs Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
3 tbs olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a pot or skillet, cover and cook at low heat for 45 mins - 1 hour.
This was done in a rice cooker with slow cook function
