1 lb Water Yam (Peeled and grated)..
1/2 peeled shrimp and or choice of meat and seafood.
1/2 whole onion, 1 fresh tomato, 2 tatashe pepper or 1 habanero pepper, 1 cup water (Blended)
1 cup water
3 tbsp palm oil
Salt to taste
Heat up palm oil in a pot and add 1 cup water, blended pepper, tomato and onion mixture
Add choice of meat and or seafood
Add salt and or Maggi
Bring to a quick boil and reduce heat to simmer
Gently school into the sauce grated water yam with a spoon
Cover and slow cook till water yam lumps are soft and tender or just taste test.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: I used fresh shrimp.
