Stewed Oxtails With Peas And Rice...
2 lbs oxtails
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup diced or sliced tomato
1/2 cup chopped or sliced onion
1/2 diced celery
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbs onion powder
1 chopped habanero pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cup water
4 tbs olive or vegetable oil
Salt and or Maggi to taste...
Combine ingredients in a oven proof pot and cook in a heated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Serve with peas and rice..
