Scotch eggs.






Scotch eggs..
Ingredients-
4 large boiled and peeled eggs
1 beaten egg in a bowl
1 lb sausage meat
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tbs chopped onion
1 tbs chopped onion
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup breadcrumb
Salt to taste
Frying oil
Method-
Heat oil in a deep fryer 300 Degrees..
Mix together ingredients except boiled eggs, beaten eggs and breadcrumb
Scoop sausage and hand form a flat patty
Wrap formed patty around each egg and make sure to evenly cover egg
Roll wrapped egg in breadcrumb
Remove and roll in beaten egg
Return to breadcrumb and roll again
Gently drop each egg in deep fryer and let fry for 4 minutes
Remove and bake in a heated oven for 3-4 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and serve..
