Baked Cornflakes Chicken tenders.


1 lb cut skinless chicken breast
1 Cup cornflakes crumbs in a large bow.
(Drop 2 cups of cornflakes in a freezer bag, lock and crush with rolling pin)
4 Eggs (Beaten)
2 tbs chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste


Pre-heat oven @ 400 degrees.
Spray baking sheet or rub down with olive oil
Combine and mix together cornflakes and parsley
Season chicken with salt and black pepper
Gently coat each piece of chicken with beaten egg
Coat chicken in the cornflakes and parsley mixture
Shake off excess coating
Gently place each piece on baking sheet
Piece in heated oven and bake for 14 minutes (Flip over after 1st 7 minutes)
Remove from oven
Season with salt if necessary and serve.
