Creamy Chicken Spaghetti.

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti.
2 lb chicken breast, cut and cooked
1 lb spaghetti, boiled al dente
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup whole milk
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoon diced red bell pepper
1 cup mixture grated Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheese, store bought Kraft mix is fine
Salt and black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet at low heat
Add and cook red bell pepper and chopped onion for 2 minutes
Add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add wine, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper
Cook to a bubble and gently mix in milk, cheese
Let cook for 2-3 minutes and add spaghetti
Let cook 3-4 minutes at low heat, remove from heat and serve..
