Taco Soup

Chopping Board Recipes> Taco Soup
Serves 4
1 lb ground beef. Cooked
1/2 cup corn kernel
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup cooked garbanzo beans
1 cup cooked red kidney beans
1 cup pinto beans
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup hominy
2 tbs chopped onion
1/2 chopped garlic
1/2 chopped serrano pepper
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp dried mexican oregano
1 envelope Taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch salad mix
2 cup water
Combine ingredients in a skillet or pot
Bring to a boil and quickly reduce heat to simmer
Let simmer cook for 15 minutes
Remove from heat and serve.
